How to Export Emails from eM Client into EML File – Manual Method

3. Go to File and click on the Export option as shown in the image below
4. Once you click Export; the following screen will appear. Here select the option to save emails as a .eml file
5. Click on the Next button and you will be asked to select the folders that you want to export. Check the desirable folders to export the emails in it and click finish to proceed
   
6. Click Next and you will be asked to choose the folder/location where you want to save the EML files after you export.
   
7. Lastly, the export process will begin as shown in the image below. If you want you can cancel the export if you need to abort the process.
   

Once the export completes, you can navigate the folder where the converted .eml files have been saved and you will see the emails are exported with the proper folder structure.
