End User License Agreement

This is like a promise between you and Jagware Software, who made the program ("Jagware"). It's about how you can use their stuff. If you put their program ("Software") on your computer, it means you promise to follow these rules.

Welcome to Jagware Software! We're delighted to provide you with our software program. This document outlines our agreement and what you need to know.

GRANT OF LICENSE

We're giving you permission to use our Software. You can install and use it on two different computers for your personal needs. However, if you have a special license from us, different rules may apply. Please don't share the Software with others or let them peek at what's inside – that's not allowed. Also, don't put it on a network or give it to multiple users unless you have the right kind of license from Jagware.

COPYRIGHT

The Software is our creation, and it's protected by copyright laws. Please don't remove or mess with any notices or labels on the Software – they're there for a reason.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE

Here are some things you can't do:

Don't try to take the Software apart, figure out how it works, or turn it into something else.
Don't change it, share it, or make new things based on it.
You can make a backup copy, but don't copy, show it off, send it, sell it, rent it, or do anything fancy with it.

COVER CD

If you see our Software on a CD that comes with a magazine, you can share it, but make sure to also send us a copy of that magazine.

TERM

This agreement lasts until you decide to uninstall the Software, or we might end it if you don't follow the rules. In that case, you must delete the Software and all copies.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES

WE DON'T GUARANTEE THAT OUR SOFTWARE IS PERFECT – THERE MIGHT BE SOME MISTAKES. WE ALSO DON'T PROMISE ANY OTHER SPECIAL THINGS ABOUT IT. DIFFERENT PLACES HAVE DIFFERENT RULES ABOUT WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THESE RULES MIGHT NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU MIGHT HAVE OTHER RIGHTS DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU LIVE.

SEVERABILITY

If one part of this agreement doesn't work, don't worry. The rest of the agreement still applies.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

WE'RE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXTRA OR SPECIAL DAMAGE THAT MIGHT HAPPEN BECAUSE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WE KNEW ABOUT IT. OUR RESPONSIBILITY IS LIMITED TO WHAT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IF YOU PAID ANYTHING AT ALL.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BY INSTALLING OUR SOFTWARE, YOU'RE TELLING US YOU READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT, AND YOU AGREE TO FOLLOW ITS RULES. THIS AGREEMENT IS OUR COMPLETE DEAL, AND IT REPLACES ANY OTHER AGREEMENTS OR CONVERSATIONS WE MIGHT HAVE HAD ABOUT THE SOFTWARE.
