Step 1: After activating the tool, the initial screen of NSF to EML converter will appear as below

Step 3: Following screen will appear as you click on button to add NSF files.
Step 4: Next, choose a location to save converted NSF files. Click the button highlighted below.
Step 5: As you click on button above, small window will pop up which allows you to either choose any preferred location or "Make a New Folder" directly from software UI to save NSF files.
Step 6: Next, choose the file naming options. The converted EML files will be named as per your preferred naming option.
Step 7: Here, we have selected "Subject + Date (dd-mm-yyyy)" naming option to save EML files. After this, click on "Convert" button to start process.
Step 8: As you click on convert button, the process will get initialized. This will take some time to read the NSF file data and starting the conversion.
Step 9: Once you click on "Convert" following screen will appear. It will show you the number of emails being converted into EML format.
Step 10: Click on "Stop" button if you want to abort the process in the middle of conversion.
Step 11: If you do not abort the process and let the conversion continue then following screen will appear once the process finish.
Step 12: After completing the NSF to EML conversion, locate the saved EML file in your machine as shown below.
